Down Counselling is a new private practice offering face to face counselling for adults (18yrs and older).
We aim to provide a confidential space where you can talk freely about yourself and your life without judgement – to give you an opportunity to think and talk about your concerns in a way that sometimes is difficult to do with family or friends. We aim to help you make the changes you believe you need to. We do not offer to “cure” you or make decisions for you.
We have over ten years of counselling experience working with people who face.
