Our Vision is to Make Life Great for Children & Young People
We provide a range of support services for children & young people who haven’t had a fair deal.
If you are aged 16-25 and are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining your tenancy, Floating Support can help you.
It’s called Floating Support because we float the service out to you.
You will have an individual support plan that will be regularly reviewed to make sure we are still helpful to you.
Our core services are Supported Housing, Floating Support, Wellbeing and a Children’s Therapeutic Community.
