Whether you are a first time student or an advanced yogi or yogini, we do our best to support your goals and practise, helping you holistically work towards mind/body balance, and push your own “edge”, to reach your optimum health and fitness levels.
The use of various props including blocks, belts, chairs and ropes etc ensure the best possible alignment and precision is gained in every asana.
I am also currently training in yoga therapy.
This can be undertaken for many physical and emotional conditions where a normal class situation would not be suitable.
